Family Tradition
Early last century Thomas Mackin left the town of Armagh in Northern Ireland for America. Once settled in Ohio he learned the plumbing trade to support his wife, Mary, and two young sons. The eldest sons, John Mackin, followed in his father's footsteps, becoming a master plumber and providing for his wife, Sue, and four children along the way.
For over 50 years the Mackin name has been providing their nieghbors with quality plumbing at a fair price. The next son is continuing that tradition.
Carrying On
Mike Mackin learned the plumbing trade from his boyhood. Many days were spent working with his father and many lessons were learned. After recieving his BA in Business Administration from the University of Toledo Mike moved away from Ohio. But his desire to work the plumbing trade would call him back.
Mike Mackin is now a licensed plumber and operates Mackin and Sons Plumbing, which is providing their neighbors in Summit and Medina counties the same quality plumbing and fair prices. He resides in beautiful Norton, Ohio with his wife and two children.
